PON Operations
Health Check
A proposed, bounded review of alarms, optical observations and capacity evidence, built around one operational question and one agreed network sample.
The proposed pilot covers one operator and management environment, up to 2 OLTs, 8 PON ports and 200 ONTs. All three limits apply. The evidence window is agreed in advance, up to 30 days.
Initial pilot fit: Calix E7-2 / AXOS / SMx environments. Exact equipment, releases and available exports must be checked before acceptance. Export compatibility is not assumed.
Planned deliverables
A concise summary of the findings and evidence gaps.
Findings linked to source evidence, with observations separated from possible explanations.
A prioritized 30-day action list with suggested owners and checks for completion.
A report readout and one factual correction round.
Services are in preparation; bookings and payments are not being accepted. Scope, fee and schedule would be agreed before any future work begins.

Check the evidence
Your team provides existing, authorized, sanitized exports. Inventory, timestamps, units, coverage and applicable equipment limits are checked before analysis. If essential evidence is missing, narrow the scope or defer the review.
Choose the next action
Review the findings together. Your team decides what to implement and retains control of the network. A sample review supports conclusions only about the evidence examined.

Incident Review
A proposed, separately scoped review for a stabilized or resolved incident would cover the timeline, impact evidence, possible causes and corrective actions. If the evidence could not establish a root cause, the report would state the remaining uncertainty and useful next checks. Availability and scope would be confirmed separately after launch.

Please do not send credentials, subscriber identities or network exports with an inquiry. Customer evidence needs separate agreement on authority, recipients, transfer, storage, retention and any AI use.
This site has no inquiry form or analytics scripts; its host, Cloudflare, may process connection and security data such as IP addresses.
We aim to delete inactive inquiry correspondence after 90 days; engagement records follow an agreed schedule, and provider recovery or required retention may last longer. Email the same address to ask about your information.
The proposed Health Check would use customer-provided exports. It includes no production login, active testing, network changes or emergency response. It complements your team and existing vendor support.
